Joseph's is owned and run exclusively by David Newstead. He learnt his trade through years of working in some of London's most prestigious venues including the Dorchester Hotel, The Metropolitan in Park Lane and Le Meridien Hotel, before going on to work in Germany, Saudi Arabia, Antigua and Moscow.
Both Joseph's traditional and modern cooking has an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients, locally sourced as much as possible.
